Consolidate common error reports into a fewer number of discussions

I have been trying for many days now to fix Schwab connectivity problems. There are countless instances of the same issues being reported/discussed. Perhaps resolution would be easier (and frustrations diminished) if these were consolidated so we only have to follow a couple of threads.

The Moderators tend to do exactly that.  The problem is when you have high volume of posts it becomes impossible to follow.  There was a thread on this subject that exceeded 900 comments.  The moderators finally closed it because it was hard to make sure all the posts were following the guideline. But more to the point, even though I didn't follow that thread I have follow other big problems and what ends up happening is that people post at the end, asking the same questions and forcing the information to be repeated over and over.  And when there are multiple "solutions" like this one it is impossible to find them in such a thread.
