UPDATED 12/2/21 Charles Schwab Checking Account Missing Online Balance

We are getting reports of some users not receiving an Online Balance with Schwab after completing the migration steps. $0 Balance also shows when trying to Reconcile using Online Balance.

This has been escalated internally and we are currently working with our service provider to resolve the issue, though we, unfortunately, do not have an ETA available at this time.

    This issue has been resolved with the R37.37 release, currently being made available in staged release to a limited number of users.
