UPDATED 12/3/21 Schwab - Duplicate Transactions

Schwab customers may encounter duplicate transactions as they are reauthorizing their accounts into the new connection method.

Unfortunately, there is no solution for this, and you will need to delete the duplicates. However, we are investigating this and could use more examples.

If you get duplicate transactions please go to Help>Report a Problem. Put "CTP-2923" in the subject line, and submit the log files to Quicken.

    Thank you to all who submitted your information.  Schwab customers may still encounter duplicated downloaded transactions as part of the migration process, however our teams have released an internal fix which will limit the transaction downloads to the last 30 days instead of the default last 18 months of transaction history.

    This internal fix has been added to the (currently paused) R37.37 update that is being made available through our staged release format.

    UPDATE 12/3/21:

    Some users continue to report duplicate transactions in Compare to Register after reauthenticating Charles Schwab accounts.  We are working to shorten the date window of downloaded transactions to 90 days for Schwab to mitigate this issue.  We hope to have this change implemented soon.
