ONGOING 1/19/22 Feature Is Temporarily Unavailable - When Signing In To Schwab.com
If you are seeing this error please confirm the following:
- No accounts listed have "zzz-Charles Schwab" connections in the account list. Check hidden accounts also. -IF they do, deactivate (and/or remove FI details from Account Details > general tab -on windows)
- Do you have pop-up blockers? - IF so, turn them off for Schwab.com
Try and add account(s) once again.
It Shows Charles Schwab block.
If this does not work, and no pop-up blockers, follow the next steps below.
Click on the SchwabSafe (lock Icon).
This will prompt a sign-in and MFA code (see screenshots), this window should pop up within this window, if a browser opens, close and try again.
Once credentials have been entered and logged in successfully, try to add the account(s) in Quicken once again.
If you still do not get a resolution on this, please contact Quicken Support, as an escalation may be needed.
