Suggest:
1) Like option to view prior year budget & actuals by month with new year budget by month across one screen and with scrolling
2) Like to compare prior year budget and actual totals by category with new year budget
3) Like columns which show full year budget amount, spent ytd, along with existing balance for rest of year
3) Like to be able to export budget screens to excel for manipulation

These suggestions should each be a separate Idea/suggestion post so that they can be properly voted on. For instance, I think the suggestion for exporting to Excel has already been suggested and that one should be voted up.
