Bill Manager --- Quicken crashes (Q Win Canada)

Hi there,
I'm running VR33.7 - build 27.1.33.7
I have used the Bills & Income tab for a long time without any problems. In the last 6 months though I started having issues. First the problem was that the bills/income would no longer automatically upload to the register. The workaround was to do the upload manually. Now this won't work either. When I try to enter and do this quicken shuts down.

Thoughts?

    Could you please provide us with the full file path to the location in which your data file is stored on your computer? 
    An example of a file path can be seen below. 



    Additionally, is your data file stored on or accessed by/backed up by any cloud storage services?
