Why can't i reconcile a checking account I have set up?
I set up a new checking account in April. For end of the month May my drop down menu contained an option for reconciling and I was able to reconcile it. Now when I try to reconcile the account the option to do so is not there. Neither will Quicken allow me to accept downloaded transactions into this account. After I download info from my bank Quicken gives me the option to link to an existing account. I select this option and this checking account does not appear in the list of accounts to which I can link it.
