Problem setting up new Citi account CC-502. Found an anomoly that may explain what is happening

Could the problem they are investigating be related to what I found with my account i.e. I use my wife's logon for her primary accounts and my logon for my primary accounts. However when I download a QFX file using her logon to add her new card, Quicken fills in the user name with my logon instead of hers although I am setting the card up using her logon credentials. When I look at the account details, it shows my name and I can't change it.
