Trying to connect to Charles Schwab freezes the program, need to end process with task manager

I tried to disconnect and reconnect an account to Charles Schwab. After giving credentials it gave a blank pop-up window with two buttons, "more info" and another one that was just a blank button. Clicking on either of them gave the feedback as if they were doing something, but nothing happened. The "X" at the top didn't make the pop-up go away. Nothing else worked, just giving the "bing" sound for making an error. :s

    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

    Super Validate:
    1. File
    2. Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
    3. Super Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log

    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

    I hope this helps!
