ONGOING 1/19/22 Unable to Communicate with Quicken Cloud

We are seeing an increase in Quicken Cloud Service errors.
If you are seeing a General Sync or Unable to Communicate to Cloud, please navigate to Help > Report a Problem to submit all of your log files. Once you’re ready to submit, please be sure to add “Attn: CTP-3150” to the title/subject line.
We have escalated this error internally and are working on a resolution, though we do not have an ETA available at this time.

    The initial error has been resolved for most. However, if you are still receiving Quicken Cloud Service errors (i.e. General Sync or Unable to Communicate to Cloud), please continue to submit a problem report by navigating to Help > Report a Problem to submit all of your log files and also be sure to add “Attn: CTP-3150” to the title/subject line.
