Resolved 12/21/21: Slowness or errors updating accounts

We are currently experiencing a server issue, which may cause online updates to be slower than expected.  We're working to fix this issue as quickly as possible.  If you experience slowness, you may try waiting for the updates to complete, or waiting until later in the day before trying to update your accounts again.

    UPDATE 12/21/21:
    This issue is now resolved.  We are working with our providers to determine the cause and prevent this from happening in the future.
