CC-501 error syncing with WaFd

I continue to receive a "CC-501" error when attempting to sync my Quicken Windows with my bank, WaFd (formerly Washington Federal).
According to this community discussion the issue is resolved. IT IS NOT RESOLVED for me.

  • I found this on WaFd's website. Does this mean they basically dropped support for Quicken?

    "WaFd Bank will no longer support the ability to download Quicken (QXF) files."

    The WAFD entry is still listed for Quicken downloading - but only as a manual download from the WAFD website
