In trying to add Wells Farge Online Bill pay, will not authenticate ..ID and password correct

After using Online Bill pay with Wells Fargo for a year, recently, they are not updating as they are supposed to. In trying to correct the situation, they now will not recognize my ID and Password, even thought it is absolutely correct. Tried working with Quicken Support and they didn't have any solution. Should I just forget about Wells Fargo and assume that Quicken Bill Pay does not work with Wells Fargo?
