Year end closeout

I printed all reports for 2021 and backed up my data. I wanted to delete 2021 and start 2022 with ending balances. In the past this was easy. I went to FILE and FILE OPERATIONS and then YEAR END. That option was not available any longer on my Quicken Deluxe. I tried everything and nothing worked. I chatted with an agent who knew nothing and was not helpful and eventually he hung up on me. I called again and got a different agent who I could understand. I researched the problem and came up with a solution. I am a happy camper. However, I think Quicken should go back to the old option on the FILE menu and make it easy to do the rollover from one year to the next.

Somebody thought it necessary to redesign the File Copy processes. Please see the new options in the File Menu under Copy or Backup File

Is this available in the Quicken for Mac program. I have been using quicken for so many years that my file is gigantic! I need to be able to do this.

No, Quicken Mac doesn't have this feature.
