Online Balance Incorrect

Hello. I have a credit card account showing an incorrect "online balance" and cannot get it corrected. I have disconnected and reconnected online downloads. Any ideas?

    The "Online Balance" isn't calculated by Q.  It's downloaded from your card issuer ...and it represents the sum of all transactions that the card issuer knows about ... So how can it possibly be "wrong"?
    What are you comparing to what that makes you believe that it's wrong? 
    Screenshots of the situation would be helpful.

    It can be wrong for a number of reasons, none of which the user can do anything about other than reporting it to Quicken Support (or the financial institution if the connection type is Direct Connect) and then reconcile to "statements" instead of the online balance.
