Patelco CU WC - doesn't download any, no errors

hi,

Quicken has not downloaded any transactions from my Patelco CU account, while there are several from Dec 16.
the last download was on Dec 16th, after that 0 and no any errors, like there are nothing.
Quicken shows Last download time when I run the update or today 3:02 PM PST

how to address this issue to get updates or even errors to know that something isn't right?

    reset account in online services didn't help.
    I had to de activate online setup and later after restart to activate it again to download new / missing transactions

    this is very misleading that quicken doesn't show any errors IMHO, just masking the issue
