Check Pay Late - No Satisfaction

Quicken still has not delivered my son's tuition check and I will assessed a late fee. Quicken customer service told me that the "email volume was high during that period" which caused the check to be late...but Quicken would not reimburse my late fee. The check pay feature is unreliable and the customer service is unacceptable.
