CC-502 Oops Error. With Venmo

I was having problems connecting online to Venmo. I got either CC-503 or CC-502 error. I contacted Quicken Technical Support, but wasn't able to stay online with them after about 45 minutes of trying different things. Kaitlyn suggested that I change my Venmo password to omit any special characters. I did that after I disconnected from the chat with support and IT WORKED! So if Kaitlyn sees this... THANKS!

Tip... I was also confused what constituted my Venmo User ID. Do NOT include the @. I entered the User ID without the @ (rather than my email address, which VENMO accepts when signing in.)
