Can't renew subscription

Hi,

I keep hitting "Submit Order" in the shopping cart for a one year subscription renewal and nothing happens.
One of my valid credit cards failed to auto-renew yesterday, I switched to a different card, but my subscription has been cancelled as of today.
Is there a Canadian support number I can call?

    Thanks, but allowing pop-ups does not seem to work.
    I am using an up-to-date version of Chrome on a PC.

    I am having the same type of problem. I cannot update my payment method for my Quicken subscription. When I look at "My account", there is no "Subscription" item in the list of options. But when I look at "Check Membership Status" while in Quicken on my PC, it says I am up to date. Is Intuit having billing problems? Kind of sad that an accounting software company can't get paid ....

    Intuit hasn't owned Quicken for almost 6 years. Do you see this screen when you sign-in to your Quicken account? If not, I would suggest trying another browser.
