Quicken wipes out reconciled data

When I went to enter my December statement for my investment accounts, Quicken had removed all the processed entries back to the start ten or fifteen years ago. It asks for the date of the report, the last beginning value and the last ending value. When I marked all as processed, it then says the figures don't match the register although they did when I entered the November report. Anyone else having the same problem after the latest update?
