Please restore the "file save as" option under the FILE menu heading.

Please allow us to rename Quicken files using the "file save as" option. For some unknown reason this ability was taken away. The "make a Copy" option does not copy over the IDs and Passwords used to sync online accounts.

    Use Windows Explorer, it does the same thing and you don't have to open Quicken to do it.

    Another thought is to create a year-end-copy with the cut-off date prior to the oldest transaction in your file so that nothing is removed.  The archive file is also a complete copy of your data file and your original data file is unchanged also.
