ONGOING 1/19/22 New Canada Users Unable to Purchase, the form asks for Zip Code

New Canada customers are unable to complete their purchase of Quicken from the website because the purchasing form requires a Zip Code and will not accept a Postal Code.

The only workaround currently is for Canada customers to enter fake address information with a US Zip Code. Alternatively, customers can call Quicken Support directly to have their order placed over the phone.

Our teams are aware of this issue and are working towards a solution, though we do not have an ETA available at this time.
