ERROR: "You are not connected to the internet." If you are reading this, I am connected.

I updated Quicken yesterday. Today, I am getting "You are not connected to the internet." error window. I have no idea what to do!

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, is the occurring when you attempt to update an account(s)? If so, which ones? Also, apart from that error message are you getting any specific error code? 

    In addition, if you are using a VPN could you try turning it off? 

    Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.
