My Quicken Data File won't open

I updated my data file on Saturday and now I can't access...it keeps asking me for a password...when I enter my password it says its incorrect...when I hit forget my password it locks up....

    If you get a prompt for a Quicken data file password where none previously existed, Mr. Murphy stepped on your file and damaged it. You need to restore your Quicken data file from a Manual or Automatic Backup taken prior to the problem first occurring, if necessary going back to older backups until you find a file that does not exhibit these symptoms.
