One of my accounts is not downloading like the others.

How do I fix the problem when one of my accounts in Quicken will not download from my bank account? The others are all working but one is not.

    If you provide some additional information we'll do our best to help you.  Can you tell us the following:

    What's the name of the financial institution?
    What type of account is this?
    What method do you use to connect with it (Direct Connect, Express web Connect, or Web Connect)?
    Do you have ay other accounts at this financial institution that DO connect successfully?
    Do you get any error codes?  If not, what happens when you try to connect?
    What version and release number of Quicken and Windows are you running?

    Get back to us and we'll go from there.
