Quicken says Chase Account is locked, so payments aren't being processed

Runing R36.67 Build 188.8.131.52. Was able to get accounts to update bills, but I have a status of "Process (Quick Pay)" for 24 hours. Checked Chase and account is not locked. Would like to get this fixed ASAP
