T.Rowe Price Brokerage update fails

Quicken Premier for Windows R37.67 Build 27.1.37.67 running on Windows 10 is returning error OL-322-A when trying to update my brokerage account. Another T.Rowe fund account is working OK.

First it pop's up and asks if I changed my password, I say NO, it tries again and says success. But the summary still has that error and the update date does not change?
