Alert when investment falls a percentage from its high

I know you can set up certain alerts in Quicken.com, but it would be nice if you could set up an alert a) from within Quicken that b) lets you know when an investment falls a variable percentage set by the user from it's all time high. i.e. lets say I want to buy a fund or stock when it falls 20% from its high. Having Quicken alert me to that is much easier than tracking multiple stocks/funds when they seem to be falling. Of course, it could be nice to get an alert when an investment has risen a certain amount too, from either a certain time period, or from when you bought it. Basically a sentence with multiple drop down boxes to set variables such as (risen/fallen) from (date/all time high/last x days/weeks/months/years) by x (%/dollars).
