Validate User sign-in for Credit Card payments

I am having difficulty with credit card payments via quicken bill payer. I cannot schedule payments because the banks require a 2-step validation to gain access to pay bills. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a Quicken solution?

    For clarification; is the 2-step validation you mentioned above coming from the payment account you're using to make the payment or from the account you are attempting to pay? Also, is this an Online Biller you are attempting to pay using Quick Pay, or are you paying using Direct Connect Bill Pay (also known as Bank Bill Pay)?
