I cannot reset accounts, I cannot delete accounts [Edited]

So I cannot do any of my bookkeeping because Quicken refuses to update half of my accounts. I've tried everything. Supervalidating, etc. I spent 8 hours getting half my accounts working but half of them still won't work. One of them when doing a reset made a new account rather than just using the account that was set up. [Removed - Speculation]

And that [Removed - Language] account you created that I do not want will not allow me to deactivate it and it will not allow me to delete it!

So I have half my banking duties that cannot be done because I cannot download transactions.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    Do you have a recent backup you can restore? To start with, I suggest restoring a backup file to see if the same issue occurs in the restored file. If needed, please, review this support article. Scroll down and open the blue dropdown section(s) titled Restore Quicken data and/or Restore an automatic backup for instructions on how to restore a backup.
