ONGOING 5/24/22 Mac Invalid Credentials and then FDP-2102 error
We have identified an issue where customers will get a ccscrape.103 (INVALID_CREDENTIALS) error on their Direct Connect accounts when trying to do a one-step update.
When they try to fix the issue by entering in their credentials, they’ll then get an FDP-2102 error. After this, any fix-it flow tried will not resolve the error.
Our Quicken Cloud engineering team is attempting to manually fix the accounts of the affected customers by switching them back to Direct Connect. They are doing this by searching through server logs and finding people that ran into the FDP-2102 error but undoubtedly some people will fall through the cracks.To resolve;
Disconnecting and Reconnecting the account will fix this issue.
