Can someone help with a Tag issue on Schedule E Report

Hello, we have rental property and on our Schedule E Report on all properties, for a 4 unit building we own, it has 2 of the units separated by address(as would be desired and how ALL OTHER PROPERTIES ARE DISPLAYED) and the other 2 units under just "Rents Received" at the top of the report. The tags and property info are all correct, but CANNOT figure out why the program is doing this.

Has anyone else run into this and been able to fix it? When run "Validate and Repair" no errors are reported.
