Allow bar graph in Projected Balances tab in Bills & Income to be toggled on or off (Q Mac)

I normally hang out in the Projected Balances tab because I like the way it displays future bills, but don't enter projected incomes into Quicken. So the bar graph doesn't benefit me and I would therefore like the option to toggle it off and for it to stay off when I return to the Projected Balance tab from another account window.

It used to stay hidden, but now it always shows regardless of how you last left it.
