Scotia Bank CAD Account in US Currency

I just rejoined Quicken H&B and unfortunately I am having issues already.
I synced all my transactions from my Scotia Bank chequing account and the balance on my accounts shows that it is US funds. I tried to edit the account and change the currency, but the option is greyed out.
Technical support said it is a Scotia bank issue, has anyone experience this?

Would love to hear if I can fix this in the desktop app.
