If you provide some additional information, that may help us to help you.
Can you tell us which versions of both Quicken and Windows you are currently running? Also is this happening for one bank account or all of your financial institutions? Which bank(s) are involved? Are you seeing any error codes? Do you use the Quicken Mobile app or Quicken on the Web?
