Why has quicken stopped one step updating or allowing import of qfx

I spent 6.5 hours on three phone calls with quicken tech support. I have three boa credit card account that stopped updating from quicken nor will they allow importing of downloaded qfx files. I have reinstalled quicken on two computers and validated the quick file on two computers and the problem remains. Each of the three reps said they would write up reports after spending 2 hours with me and viewing my screen with no luck. Even after setting up new accounts the problem remains. Separately: During 2021 I had trouble with quicken not updating discover card accounts. That cost me about $300 in incorrect charges that I could not see were being made to discover accounts that were autopaid at boa.
