Import Historical FX rates

Hi all,
I'm using the Canadian version of Quicken, which seems to do a semi-decent job of supporting multicurrency, but I am scratching my head at the fx rate table. I've used the import feature to pull in historic prices, but it seems to only have from 1990-2008 available? How the heck do I get 2009-present? Is there some file in the back end I can edit or something?
The main problem is that every time I enter a historical transaction, I have to manually enter the exchange rate, it's maddening. I'm assuming that if I had this historic prices table populated, it would automatically use the appropriate rate for this day?
Thanks you your help!
