Decline all suggested Reminders

This feature is disabled on my version Windows 10 Home R38.10 build 27.1.38.30.

Does anyone know what is going on? The reminders are super annoying.

    The option should be disabled when there are no suggested reminders that may be declined at this time.

    If you do not want Quicken to suggest reminders, uncheck the option you have checked.
