One Step Update not working

I installed the R38 update this morning with the hope that this would fix the One Step Update problem but nope. Now I get OL-293-A.
This is getting ridiculous now. Down for almost a week?

My institution if Fairwinds Federal Credit Union. When I try again I get OL-297-A "Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection." Yet here I am on the Internet typing in this forum on the same computer.
