One Step Update renames accounts ... why?

Every time I run One Step Update it renames all of my accounts to what they originally titled themselves when I first added them to Quicken. Why won't it keep my custom names for my accounts?

    This kind of thing happens when you are using Sync to Mobile/Web and the Quicken data file and the Quicken Cloud dataset get out of sync.

    Try resetting the Cloud dataset.
    Edit -> Preferences -> Mobile & Web -> Reset your cloud data
    (I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)
