Error message: "Quicken's Online Service is unavailable..."

I have been having the same problem since Feb 5, 2022. I get a Quicken message: "Quicken's Online Service is unavailable at this time." Wait ten minutes and try again. I've been waiting for 10 days, with no success. Anyone else experiencing the same?0

This terrible error message really needs to be updated. "Wait 10 minutes" never works. The message should instruct the user to log out and in as described in the FAQ referenced by @Quicken Anja.
