Downloaded statement ending balance incorrect

I'm using Windows 11 and Quicken Deluxe version R38.30 build 27.1.38.30
Starting on February 15 2022, the downloaded statement ending balance has not matched the actual statement balance that is shown in my online Bank of America bank account. Quicken is correctly downloading the transactions but after marking the transactions as cleared properly, Quicken shows there is a difference between the Cleared Balance and the Statement Ending Balance due to the incorrect Statement Ending Balance.

Is this an error on Quicken's side or on Bank of America's side?
