Elan Financial Services Issues

Hi - I have been getting an issue for the past week or so downloading transactions from my Fidelity Visa card, which is run by Elan. I get the "Your financial institution's website has a new page or pop up window that needs your response", and when I click on the financial institute, it brings me here which is useless https://www.elanfinancialservices.com/index.html
It's a CC-508 error, and I've done all the steps otherwise advised about clearing out cookies etc. Please advise how to correct this issue. Thanks

Thank you for your response. Could you please attempt a test file? Before starting the process please ensure you have made a backup of your current file.
To begin select File >New Quicken File >OK. On the popup window type in "test" for the file name and save it to your local hard drive. Once the test file has been created add your Elan Financial Services account(s) only. No other accounts are needed.
When you have a moment please attempt the test file and let us know how it goes! If you run into the same issue or another please be specific.
