American Express bill requires one-time pin

When I try to link a bill to American Express, there is an option to send one time pin to email. I receive the email, but within quicken, there is not an option to input the code. It just has the blue circle of death until it times out without a prompt to enter the code.

    I am sorry to hear about this problem with a prompt for the PIN failing to appear. Thank you, nonetheless, for getting in touch with the Quicken Community about this. 

    Is this occurring exclusively with one biller? Also, would you be willing to provide screenshots of some of the screens you are seeing when this occurs? You can send screenshots via Quicken Community comments by following the instructions listed in this thread:
