Barclays download not working (again)

No errors received. It looks like it is working but in fact it is not downloading any new transactions or reconciling prior transactions. What's up?

    I am sorry to hear about this problem with downloading. Thank you for speaking with us about this matter here on the Quicken Community. 

    Are you currently making use of any pop-up blockers, antivirus software, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), or firewalls? It may be necessary to disable or remove these as they can cause connection issues that prevent data from being downloaded into Quicken.
