Remove "Tasks to perform" notification (clockface) for inactive closed accounts.

The "Tasks to perform" notifications clockface appeared recently. Chat support was unable to resolve. Have performed both a Validate and Super Validate. Tasks appear to be linked to Payees account I closed over 2 years ago and have since deleted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    When you click directly on the clock icon, does it give you any further details on what the tasks to perform are (see example below)?
