Something odd with Wells Fargo Credit Cards

Bob.

Had to refresh to get my bill last month. Happens often/ then scheduled to pay through Wells Checking as always. The bill paid, but when it came in as paid would not match either automatically nor manually to the payment. So I had to accept, then make a manual adjustment to get the account balance correct.

Not even sure what to do to get this right. Has happened more than once.
