RESOLVED 5/16/22 Digital Federal Credit Union - CC-503/FDP-103

Digital Federal Credit Union made changes to their Online Banking on 1/31/22 that require members to switch from a Member Number to Username to sign into their account resulting in error CC-503/FDP-103. Members were also required to revalidate devices used to sign in to their accounts (Quicken).

Our teams are aware of this and have escalated this issue internally. If you are experiencing these errors, we ask that you please contribute to this investigation by navigating to Help > Report a problem, submit your log files, and add "Attn: CTP-3491" to the title/subject line.
