    I am sorry to hear about this frustrating issue with connecting your accounts to online banking services. Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community for discussion and support.

    What error messages, if any, are you experiencing when trying to add or link your accounts to online banking services? Also, when did this issue begin? What connection method are you using? You can check this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and looking at the Transaction Download column next to the affected account(s).

    Lastly, there is currently an Open Alert with respect to Suntrust/Truist and online banking services making use of the Direct Connect connection method. You can follow the thread linked below for additional information and updates:
