Retirement planner - Sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is not available

When I go to my retirement plan in the Lifetime Planner I get the following message: "Sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is not available." It references that it is a qw.exe error. No results found for qw.exe. I have been using this successfully for years. I am using Windows version R39.31.

As the announcement @Greg_the_Geek posted try removing the cache folder but note that all of the R39.* releases have been pulled for other problems, so you can't get install for the R39.* release from there.Signature:
